In this episode of The Fishing Adventures of Judah Clark, Andres Preschel introduces me to intense primitive underwater exercises that are not only good for building muscle, but also builds the body’s CO2 tolerance. This is important in freediving and spearfishing because the higher your CO2 tolerance, the longer you can hold your breath underwater. Longer breath holds translate to being able to make deeper dives and longer dives, which aid in improving spearfishing abilities.
