In this consultation, I will answer any nutrition, exercise or health-related questions you might have. Consultations are available over the phone, on Zoom and for clients who live in Miami, in person. If you’d prefer, your consultation can be recorded for future reference. Additionally, following the consultation, I can answer some follow-up questions, if you have any.
